Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our Client Services team at support@elle-milo.com.

Once orders enter our fulfillment process, modifications and cancellations cannot be accommodated. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for instructions.

Standard shipping is complimentary to all destinations within the United States and Canada—no hidden fees, no minimum purchase required.

Express shipping is available for $8.95 USD and includes priority processing and expedited transit.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately at support@elle-milo.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the matter.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt at support@elle-milo.com. We may request photographic documentation to facilitate resolution. Upon review, we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Delivery Attempts

If the carrier encounters difficulty delivering to your specified address, they will contact you directly to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
