4. Return Shipping
Clients are responsible for return shipping arrangements. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post) to ensure safe transit
5. Inspection & Refund
Returned items undergo inspection within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method
Original shipping fees remain non-refundable unless the return results from our error. Items that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be declined, and we will offer either return of the item (at your expense) or a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
For defective or damaged products, submit photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery
Exchange Process: To request an exchange for a different size or style, contact our Client Services team at support@elle-milo.com. Return the original item following the process in Section 4. Upon receipt and approval, we will ship your exchange item at no additional cost.
Should your requested item be unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled once fulfilled
